To qualify you must complete at least 50% of the courses in your cohort's core learning plan, attend at least one live session, and use the same email address for registration, attendance, and AWS Skill Builder — an AWS Builder ID tied to your company email.

AWS states that primary vouchers cover 100% of the exam fee. Once those are exhausted, a secondary set of 50%-off vouchers is issued until those run out too, so it is worth joining a cohort early.

Vouchers are distributed after the final session of the programme to everyone meeting the criteria. Registering for a cohort on its own does not earn you one.
